Our multi-diciplined firm offers various services relating to problems with existing construction. We specialize in exploration of material and assembly failures and moisture intrusion issues. We firmly believe in immediate action to document existing conditions and using the information as a baseline to track and document continued degradation.

We have on site experience on projects from small private residences and modern development houses up to large housing communities. We've worked on projects throughout the northeastern United States with values ranging from thousands of dollars to tens of millions. We have been part of moisture readings and recordings, legal reports and consultations with lawyers on litigation. Services offered also include consultations, code analysis and cost analysis.

Examples of problems investigated include: Foundation failure, foundation leaking, structural failure, excessive movement/loading of structural members, moisture intrusion, flashing installation errors, window failures, exterior wall system failures (including stone, stucco and EIFS), roof problems, and rotten sheathing and structural members.

On projects of a larger size or with specialized needs. We will partner with a larger Architectural Forensics firms, Law firms and specialized Engineers and Experts to provide the best services possible to help our clients to solve their problems.
